Billy joined Origin in 2026 through its acquisition of Consensus, a New York-based boutique investment bank focusing on the Consumer industry. He has spent his career in investment banking solely specializing in the Consumer/Retail sector. Billy joined Consensus in 2009 to open the firm’s New York office, which he continues to manage. Previously, he was a senior investment banker at Financo, where he also served as President of Financo Securities, and at Banc of America. Billy has advised domestic and international clients relating to private and public company sales, capital raising, acquisitions and general advisory mandates, including fairness opinions.
Billy earned his B.S. at Wake Forest University and his MBA at the University of North Carolina. He is FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 certified.
