Glenn brings unparalleled experience in real estate to Origin Merchant Partners, including acquiring and repositioning assets to unlock their full potential, concluding significant financings, and negotiating all aspects of supporting legal documentation.

Before Origin Merchant Partners, Glenn was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Osmington Inc., a privately held real estate investment and development company. While at Osmington, Glenn personally executed transactions on properties exceeding $2 billion, and concluded financings in excess of $1 billion. Previously, Glenn was Vice President, Development, at Bramalea Inc. for eight years, after participating in the development of Canada’s first property valuation software program for commercial real estate.

Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia with a double major in Finance and Urban Land Economics.

Rob has over 20 years of investment banking experience at both bank-owned and independent Canadian investment dealers, most recently as Head of Diversified Industries at Cormark Securities, and previously as a Principal at Genuity Capital Markets and Managing Director at CIBC World Markets. Rob has extensive experience managing financings and M&A transactions across multiple sectors including some of the most significant Canadian wealth management transactions.

Rob holds an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
