Sunny Mahal brings over 15 years of expertise in middle-market M&A advisory and capital raising to Origin from CCC Investment Banking, where he joined in 2014. He has built a strong track record in providing strategic buy-side and sell-side advisory services with a focus on companies operating in the food and beverage, industrials, healthcare, and financial services industries.
Before joining CCC, Sunny began his career at a leading global big four accounting firm, specializing in middle-market transactions and laying the groundwork for his extensive advisory experience.
Sunny has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder.
