Rob Bird has over 25 years of experience and comes to Origin from CCC Investment Banking. Rob joined CCC in 1997 and has been involved in over 100 successful transactions. Rob has advised on M&A, financings (debt and equity), recapitalizations and IP licensing. Previously worked at EY. Recent marquee deals include the sales of Oscardo (2024), Macro Enterprises’ divesture (2024) and debt financing (2022), Sargent Farms’ carve-out (2023), and the sale of Companion Healthcare (2021).
