Ken has experience as a senior lender, junior lender, and in restructuring. He has executed deals on intellectual property, manufacturing, project finance, and leveraged buyouts.
Ken began his career as an Infantry officer with the Royal Canadian Regiment. After leaving the military, he began at RBC in the Entertainment and Media group and also worked in the Special Loans and Advisory services group on the national accounts. Before joining Origin, he was an asset-owner in Export Development Canada’s Mid-Market Lending group capitalizing high growth companies.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Royal Military College of Canada, an MBA and Masters in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a CFA Charter holder.
