Bill Farrell brings more than 25 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and financing transactions across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in the Food & Beverage and Business Services sectors.
In addition to his role as Managing Director at Origin Merchant Partners, Bill has served as Executive Chairman of Dare Foods since 2012 and currently sits on several private company boards.
Bill earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and obtained his Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations while at EY.
