Katie has over 15 years of experience within middle-market investment banking. Previously, Katie has worked at E&Y Corporate Finance, where she advised numerous industrial product companies serving a range of end markets. Her recent transaction experience includes the sale of a sheet metal fabricator and the cross-border sale of an HVAC controls manufacturer.
Katie holds a Bachelor’s from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s of Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
