Maulik has over 12 years of experience, primarily focused on structuring and executing debt financing transactions for mid-market companies across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Origin, Maulik was a Director, Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets at Ventum Financial, responsible for leading the execution of debt financing transactions. Prior to Ventum, Maulik held multiple roles at Deloitte and Guggenheim Partners across capital advisory, investments, and M&A transactions.
Maulik holds Master of Management Studies (MBA) and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from Mumbai University; He is also a CFA charter holder.
