Umer joined Origin Merchant Partners in May 2021. Prior to joining Origin, he was an Associate at Macquarie Capital in the Diversified group and with Deloitte Corporate Finance in the M&A group.
He has experience advising clients in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, construction, agriculture, real estate and transportation.
Umer holds a CPA, CA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto.
